This week had two main events - one was horrible, one was not horrible.

It hasn't been a great week, then again, they can't all be splendid, right? Something about "If all the days were splendid holidays, to sport would be as tedious as to work." Or something.

I got my official termination notice from work. I have a job until June, so that means three months of work knowing I am fired when the school year ends.

The second event of the week was going with Don to an event in Long Beach called Gear for Life. It was a fundraiser at Pistons for an AIDS charity. It... wasn't great. But more on that later.

Finally, in photography class this week, the teacher got food poisoning in a most physically demonstrative way and we really didn't have a class, so the homework portfolio assignment continued. I tried taking some pics of me, but I wasn't happy with them. Take a look.

Yeah, kind of a downer of a week. All I can say is that I hope it goes uphill from here.
